CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

• Pressed sheet steel frame, duly sized. The lifting and lowering of the platforms is controlled by two hydraulic cylinders, sinchronized mechanically through two gear wheels that engage on racks fixed to the two posts.
• The weight is supported by the cylinders which are controlled by an hydraulic power pack. Distributor and maximum pressure valve are incorporated in the unit. Single working cylinders with chromium plated and ground stem in order to get the perfect sealing of the gasket.
• Pump and cylinders are made of selected materials and the manufacturing procedure employed guarantee the most outstanding features of efficiency, precision and reliability.

Distributor and maximum pressure valve are incorporated in the unit. Single working cylinders with chromium plated and ground stem in order to get the perfect sealing of the gaskets.

CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

• Pressed steel sheet frame, duly sized. Lifting is obtained by trapezoidal screws connected to the chain. The lifting devices run on plastic slides moved by means of the screws through an high resistance bronze load nut and a second safety load nut that normally is without load.
• Load nut lubrication is automatic. When the main bronze load nut is worn out the second safety load nut avoids the load descent and a special safety device stops the lift in the right position.
• In case of slackening or breaking of the transmission chain a microswitch will stop the lift. A manually operation from the top of the columns allow the vehicle descend in cases of emergency.
